Working Principle

1. Pre-Filtration: Large oil droplets and mechanical particulates are caught by a washable stainless steel mesh pre-filter.
2. Ionization Stage: Fine oil mist and smoke particles pass through a high-voltage ionization zone (12kV+), receiving a strong positive electrical charge.
3. Collection Stage: Charged particles enter a low-voltage collection zone (6kV), where they are attracted to and trapped on grounded parallel aluminum plates.
4. Oil Drainage: Accumulated oil drips off the smooth plates into a bottom collection sump, leaving clean air to exit the discharge.
